Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support major UK traffic management projects. Join a team delivering safe, compliant operations across sites in the Sevenoaks area.

You will set up and maintain traffic management sites in line with NHSS standards, read CAD traffic management drawings, report near misses, and ensure health and safety at work while following RAMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations is preferred.
• Pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Right to Work in UK.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and communicating with site/operations managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Following RAMS and safely managing equipment loading/unloading.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB General Operative

Duties may include:

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects

Skills & Experience

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
