Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives across the UK. Join a leading traffic management contractor delivering NHSS-compliant site setups.

You will set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites, read CAD drawings, report near misses, ensure health and safety, complete vehicle checks and follow RAMS.

Qualifications

• CAD drawing reading and interpretation skills for traffic management layouts.
• Drug and alcohol screening as part of site safety.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Valid full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Reporting near misses to site/Operations Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works safely and with quality output.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Following RAMS and Method Statements.
• Safely loading/unloading TM equipment from vehicles.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB General Operative

Duties may include:

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects
