Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites you to join a 12-month Engineering and Technology Internship. You’ll rotate across projects spanning mechanical systems, software, electrical and materials, gaining firsthand experience while contributing to real-world engine and defence tech initiatives.

You will be part of a diverse, safety-focused culture with hybrid working and location-flexible gigs. A STEM degree and a passion for technology are essential, with travel between sites supported as needed.

Qualifications

• A STEM degree or joint honours combining STEM with business/economics.
• Strong passion for the future of technology.
• Willingness to travel between locations for rotational gigs.
• Open-minded, curious and agile in approach to work and career development.

Responsibilities

• Work on exciting and varied projects across the engineering lifecycle.
• Participate in rotational gigs across Civil, Power, and Defence functions as needed.
• Develop skills in mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development.
• Contribute to environmental performance, cyber-security and automation initiatives.
