Job summary

Rolls-Royce is offering an Engineering and Technology Year-Long Internship in the UK. The 12-month placement is based across Derby, Bristol and Solihull, with hybrid working and a £23,600 pro rata starting salary plus a £500 joining bonus to help with moving costs.

We seek STEM graduates with a passion for technology, ready to travel between sites for flexible rotations. You’ll gain hands-on experience on major programmes and have support for security clearance where required.

Qualifications

• A STEM degree or joint honours combining STEM with business/economics.
• Strong passion for the future of technology.
• Willingness to travel between locations for scheme requirements and gigs.
• Open-minded, curious and agile approach to work and career development.

Responsibilities

• Work on varied projects across Rolls-Royce Defence, including naval propulsion, demonstrator engines, and next-gen programmes.
• Utilise data, technology and AI to improve environmental performance at power stations or strengthen cyber-security.
• Participate in digital learning and on-the-job training to turn ideas into real results.
