Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of electricians? Chelmsford College is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to deliver high-quality theory and practical sessions to electrical apprentices.


What you'll do:

- Deliver engaging, apprenticeship-focused lessons aligned with the Level 3 Electrical Installation curriculum.
- Support apprentices' progress, providing guidance, feedback and encouragement.
- Teach essential topics like Electrical Science, Inspection, Testing and Fault-finding.
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain student records.

What we're looking for:

- Level 3 Electrical Installation and NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
- Minimum of two years' industry experience.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring apprentices.
- Desirable: BS 7671 (18th Edition), C&G 2391, teaching or assessor qualifications.
