SumUp is seeking self-employed Field Sales Consultants in the UK to win new merchants face-to-face. You’ll prospect, demo SumUp’s payments, POS and software solutions, and manage the end-to-end sale in your local territory. You’ll operate with a commission-only model and uncapped earnings based on performance.

Successful candidates will spend time in their territory, build relationships with business owners, and leverage training and support from SumUp to grow their customer base and pipeline.

Formación

• At least 1 year of field sales experience.
• Cold prospecting experience and ability to find leads.
• Experience selling to small/medium businesses and engaging owners/decision makers.
• Proven track record of winning new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to manage a sale from first contact to closing, including handling objections.
• Strong organization and consistent follow-up.
• Understanding of self-employment and ability to build a customer base.
• Base location close to the territory for regular meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Find new customers through face-to-face visits and direct outreach.
• Focus on local businesses with strong payment volumes.
• Recommend SumUp payments, POS, hardware and software solutions.
• Manage the sale from initial approach through demonstrations, objections and closing.
• Help customers set up and start using SumUp products.
• Develop relationships and ask for referrals from satisfied customers.
• Plan visits and follow-ups to optimize territory time.
• Keep CRM up to date and track activity and sales results.
• Review progress with Territory Manager and implement feedback.
