Crone Corkill are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

An unique opportunity:

• The role is 100% flexible, home or office based.
• Full-time is preferred, but the firm will consider four days per week (Monday to Thursday).

The role:

• As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will handle contentious and non-contentious matters, representing both individuals and employers across the full range of employment law issues.
• You should be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong and lasting client relationships, with a genuine commitment to client care.
• You will have a background in employment law, litigation, or a related mix.
• The practice involves a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
• The firm supports your professional growth and development.
