Crone Corkill is currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. They are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

Unique Opportunity:

• The role is 100% flexible, either home or office-based.
• Full-time is preferred, but the firm will consider four days per week (Monday to Thursday).

The Role:

• As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, representing individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment law.
• You should be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong, lasting client relationships, with a genuine commitment to client care.
• You will have a background in employment law, litigation, or a related mix.
• The practice involves a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
