Crone Corkill is currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

An unique opportunity:

• The role is 100% flexible, home or office based
• Full-time would be preferred, but the firm will consider four days per week (Monday to Thursday)

The role:

• As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will handle contentious and non-contentious matters, representing both individuals and employers across the full spectrum of employment law issues.
• You should be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong and lasting client relationships, with a genuine commitment to client care.
• Applicants should have a background in employment law exclusively or a mix of employment law and litigation.
• The practice involves a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
