Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings around Enfield and the wider area.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while coordinating with families and regional teams to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience working with PDA.
