Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in Norwich is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalized 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trust, monitor progress, complete risk assessments and report safeguarding concerns while working with families and professionals to create safe, engaging learning experiences. Flexibility and consistent availability are valued to support the young people.

Qualifications

• We value empathy, resilience, creativity and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.
• Experience delivering 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH is advantageous.
• Right to work in the UK is required and a full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Able to commit to consistent availability across at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals and regional teams.
