Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will build positive relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work with families and regional teams. A minimum of two years' relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK and three days per week availability. Lead roles earn £16.48–£25.75 per hour plus agreed expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
• You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.
