Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Maths/English tutor in Carlisle to help vulnerable and disengaged learners. You will deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge KS3/KS4 gaps, supporting improvement in attainment and engagement.

The role is part-time and involves working with students in community or home settings. The ideal candidate holds QTS or equivalent and has UK teaching experience, with a creative, patient approach and experience with SEND pupils.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent or tutoring experience.
• UK classroom teaching experience preferred but not essential
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS3/KS4.
• Bridge gaps and boost engagement and attainment levels.
• Work in a one-on-one or small-group setting to support students.
