Location: DN12, Doncaster
Hours: Part-Time, School Hours (Weekdays)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 Tutor to provide tailored educational support to learners in the DN12 area of Doncaster. This rewarding role involves delivering personalised tuition during weekday school hours, helping students develop confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Support students in core subjects, including English, Maths, and other curriculum areas where required.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to suit different abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Build positive and supportive relationships with students, families, and relevant professionals.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Ability to deliver personalised and differentiated learning.

Desirable
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant teaching/tutoring qualification.
  • Experience supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or those out of mainstream education.
  • Previous experience delivering 1:1 tuition.
