Job summary

TP Tutors is recruiting experienced SEN Tutors to deliver personalised one-to-one tuition across West Sussex. Youll support learners with additional needs through tailored sessions designed to build confidence, improve attainment, and encourage a love of learning.

Delivery involves one-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities. Experienced tutors earn £25–£30 per hour and gain specialist SEND training and CPD.

Qualifications

• Previous SEN/SEND experience.
• Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or similar experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding.
• Ability to travel within West Sussex.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
