Job summary

Tp Tutors in Dorset is recruiting SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for children and young people across Dorset, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available with pay of £25–£30 per hour. Deliver sessions in schools, community venues, or learners' homes, and receive specialist SEND training, CPD, and ongoing consultant support to make a local impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND.
• Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or youth work experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to travel throughout Dorset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions.
