Job summary

Remedy Education are currently working with a fantastic primary school in Newham who are looking for a strong SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive setting.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN and behavioural needs, helping students stay engaged, regulate emotions, and progress consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN and challenging behaviour (school setting preferred).
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
• Full CV covering the last 10 years (with gaps explained).

Salary: £100-£115 per day

Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
