Finstall First School in Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA2) on a fixed-term contract funded under an EHCP for 1:1 pupil support. The role is term-time only and based on 25 hours 15 minutes per week.

The successful candidate will work closely with parents, staff and specialists to support learning, build independence and participate in all aspects of school life, including daily lunchtime support. Salary ranges £15,842–£16,093 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a pupil with Cognition and Learning needs (EHCP).
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work 1:1 with focus on learning and independence.
• Willingness to provide lunchtime support (55 minutes daily).
