Job summary

Finstall First School on Carnforth Road in Bromsgrove seeks an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA2) for a fixed-term, EHCP-funded 1:1 role. The position runs during term-time only, totaling 22 hours 30 minutes per week (Mon-Fri, 8:50am-1:20pm) with daily lunchtime supervision.

The post requires compassionate, patient individuals who can build positive relationships with the pupil, family and school staff while supporting learning and independence.

Qualifications
