Job summary

Abbey Road Primary School is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated staff. This full-time, 37-hour per week position runs during term time plus INSET days, commencing as soon as possible in October 2026.

You will work alongside class teachers and the SENDCo to provide 1:1 support, assist with personal care, and help the child develop independence in an inclusive learning environment. A supportive team and safeguarding commitments are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support alongside class teachers and SENDCo.
• Assist with a child’s personal care needs to support independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
