Job summary

St Mary's RC Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join during a period of transition and growth within the multi-academy trust. You will support pupils under the direction of the class teacher and work within a team to promote children’s achievement, with a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school.

The role is 27.5 hours per week, term-time only, with a fixed-term contract until August 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils.
• Willingness to support pupils with complex SEN.
• Clear understanding of the Catholic faith and the school's ethos.
• Ability to foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
