Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil at a Prenton primary school on Wirral.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm with a start on Monday 19th October 2026 and a finish around February half term 2026. SEND/ASD or behavioural support experience would be beneficial, along with a calm and consistent approach.

Qualifications

• 1:1 SEND support experience is desirable.
• Experience with ASD or behaviour support would be beneficial.
• Calm, consistent approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and day-to-day classroom activities for a Year 4 pupil.
• Help develop independence and classroom participation.
