Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEND at a primary school in Bootle, Sefton. The role is full-time, long-term, starting 2 November, with a clear focus on fostering inclusion and individual learning support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND or learning difficulties is beneficial.
• Ability to use visual communication strategies is desirable.
• Calm, patient and proactive approach to support.

• Supporting learning through practical, visual and play-based activities.
• Breaking tasks into short, manageable steps.
• Using visual cues and prompts to aid understanding and transitions.
