Job summary

Team Educate is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the Bristol area. The role involves supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, assisting with lesson delivery, and helping with classroom resources.

You will work closely with the class teacher and senior leaders to ensure a positive learning environment. The position runs full-time from 8:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, with a start as soon as possible in September.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in a classroom setting.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
• Right to work in the UK and 2 references.

Responsibilities

• Support a student on a 1:1 basis in the classroom.
• Assist lesson delivery and prepare learning resources.
• Support administration tasks to maintain classroom efficiency.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and senior leadership team.
