Team Educate Ltd invites applications for a SEND Teaching Assistant at a primary school in the Bristol area. The role is full-time (8:30–15:30, Monday to Friday) supporting a student on a 1:1 basis and assisting with lesson delivery under the guidance of the class teacher and senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, classroom experience, and strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications for SEND Teaching Assistant role.
• Experience in a classroom setting or with children.
• Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 within the classroom environment.
• Assist with lesson delivery where appropriate for your student.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and senior leaders to manage learning.
• Help collate resources and assist with classroom administration.
