Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school. You will provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil, helping them remain engaged, confident, and successful in their learning.

The role is part-time, term-time only, with a fixed-term, funding-linked arrangement. You will work within a supportive staff team and have opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, ideally on a 1:1 basis.
• Experience in primary school setting preferred.
• Ability to engage KS2 learners through creative activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil to stay engaged, confident and progressing.
• Collaborate with staff to support inclusive learning and behaviour expectations.
