Job summary

Vision for Education is looking for a patient Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a child with SEND in a Horsham school. You will help the pupil access the curriculum, stay regulated and build confidence in the classroom.

You'll adapt tasks and resources to suit the pupil, follow strategies in their EHCP or support plan, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress. This role offers excellent daily PAYE rates and opportunities for CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to complete our training programme.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with a child with SEND to support access to the curriculum.
• Help the pupil stay regulated and build confidence in the classroom.
• Adapt tasks and resources to suit the pupil and follow the strategies in their EHCP or support plan.
• Track progress in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
