Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEND assistant.
• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or ADHD.
• Patient, caring and nurturing approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Committed to safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to the pupil.
• Support access to learning and positive participation.
• Adapt activities to the pupil's needs.
• Maintain records and communicate with staff.
• Support transitions and the learning environment.
