Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN) in a school setting.
• Patience, resilience and a calm, flexible approach to working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow the EHCP plan where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to SEN pupils as part of EHCPs.
• Contribute to pupils' learning, safety and wellbeing within the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement programmes.
