Job summary

Connex Education are recruiting on behalf of several Derby schools for 1 to 1 Teaching Assistants. Most pupils needing support benefit from a TA who is comfortable with and experienced in Special Educational Needs.

You must have a L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification or substantial relevant experience. A full enhanced DBS, and completion of Connex Education onboarding are expected.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 TA qualification or relatable experience.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a British curriculum school for at least two terms.
• Full enhanced DBS certificate.
• Onboarding completed with Connex Education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong rapport with pupils and co-workers.
• Minimum of two school-based references.
