Job summary

Reed is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a welcoming school in Barnsley. You will provide individual support, help the pupil engage with learning, build confidence and help them reach their full potential.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, a background in education, care, youth work or similar, and possess strong communication and a patient, nurturing approach.
