Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with ADHD and additional learning needs at a Sidcup primary school. The role is full-time and long-term, starting January 2027, with daily rate dependent on experience.

You will provide 1:1 classroom support, break tasks into manageable steps, encourage focus and independence, and help with emotional regulation. Collaboration with the class teacher is essential to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADHD or SEND is desirable.
• Patience and clear communication with children.

Salary: £95-£110 per day, depending on experience

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting an enthusiastic and supportive 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a Key Stage 2 pupil with ADHD and additional learning needs at a primary school in Sidcup.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
