Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Farnborough is seeking a Primary SEMH Support Assistant to provide targeted 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH/ ASD needs in a junior school. This temporary role is part-time (3 days a week) with a day rate of £92.63 and starts ASAP with vetting checks.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to promote positive behaviour, support social and emotional development, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND children or similar setting.
• Ability to manage behaviours and create a supportive classroom environment.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and training.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support for a SEMH pupil.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans.
• Help develop social and emotional skills.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
