Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Swansea to provide 1:1 ALN support in a welcoming primary school. The role offers £14.25 per hour PAYE, with a September 2026 start date and ongoing agency support.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver individual learning plans, help manage behaviour, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

Are you passionate about making a difference in children s lives? Our teaching agency is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a welcoming primary school in Swansea

About the Role:
