Protocol Education is recruiting 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools around BS4. You will support a pupil with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or additional needs, providing tailored help throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dedicated support to a pupil who requires additional help accessing learning.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship that promotes confidence and emotional security.
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
• Adapt learning activities alongside the class teacher to meet individual needs.
• Encourage independence while providing reassurance when needed.
• Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and participate fully in classroom activities.
• Act as a positive role model both in and out of the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the child.
