Job summary

Upton-upon-Severn CE Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils with SEND. The role involves providing targeted help in and out of the classroom to enable learning and development, under the KS1 team.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, calm and patient, with a commitment to safeguarding. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to individual pupils to help reach social, behavioural and academic goals.
• Work within the KS1 team to plan and deliver assistance tailored to needs.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment and maintain DBS compliance.
