Job summary

Active Care Group in Staffordshire is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist a client in her home in Great Haywood. You will work 3x 12-hour day shifts, 7am–7pm, and join a dedicated care team to provide consistent, person-centred support.

This flexible zero-hours role includes full training, regular rotas, holiday pay, a Nest pension and access to our learning hub. We value empathy, reliability and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Personal care, feeding, mobility and medication support.
• Full training and shadow shifts provided.
• Ability to respect client choices and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support during 12-hour day shifts.
• Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility and epilepsy care.
• Support safe moving and handling.
• Work as part of a double-up care team.
