Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a gentleman in his own supported living bungalow in Metheringham. You will support daily living activities, including personal care prompts, meal preparation, and community outings, while building a trusting relationship.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a rolling rota that includes weekends and at least one sleep-in. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• You do not need previous experience; training provided.
• Ability to stay calm and grounded in all situations.
• Ability to build honest relationships and set boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in Metheringham.
• Assist with personal care prompts and meal preparation.
• Support independence and engagement in the local community.
• Drive the client using a manual UK driving licence as needed.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication and boundary setting.
