Job summary

Sense International in Birmingham is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 support in our King's Heath supported living service. The role involves lone working across a flexible schedule, with 1:1 care for a resident woman who enjoys supportive engagement.

Applicants must be able to communicate well, demonstrate positive behaviour support, and hold a full UK manual driving license. A full induction is provided, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a good communicator and have positive behaviour support.
• Full UK manual driver's license is required.
• Flexible across Mondays to Sundays, with some bank holidays.
