Job summary

Homecare Direct is seeking a dedicated Support Worker/PA/HCA to provide 1:1 in-home support for a client with complex needs. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, mobility, and health tasks, promoting safety, independence and community engagement.

A patient, reliable, and compassionate approach is essential, with experience in care and ASD desirable. You will join a small, supportive team and work within the client’s home environment, focusing on building trust and consistent

• Eligibility to Work in the UK: Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas.
• Able to build trust through consistency and empathy.
• Good communication skills and a calm, reassuring approach.
• Experience in care, Learning Disabilities and ASD is desirable.
