Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking a Female Support Worker in Metheringham to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a gentleman in his late fifties in a supported living setting. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a driver’s licence required for community outings.

You will be responsible for promoting independence, assisting with personal care, meal prep, and engaging in activities together, including local outings and hobbies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to the gentleman in his late fifties.
• Assist with personal care prompting and meal preparation to maintain independence.
• Support his activities in the community; accompany on outings using his mobility scooter.
• Drive him using a manual UK driving licence to access the community.
