Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide specialist care in clients’ own homes across Blackburn and surrounding areas. You will work in a 2-person team on double-up care packages, following detailed care plans created by our clinical team and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 6 months UK care experience, a right to work in the UK, and a commitment to ongoing specialist training in complex care skills.

Competenze

• Right to work in the UK without employer support.
• Minimum 6 months paid care experience in the UK, preferably complex care.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care.
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care skills.

Mansioni

• Provide dedicated, specialist care to clients with long-term complex health conditions in their own homes.
• Support clients with spinal cord injury and monitor complex medication regimens and clinical observations.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect for clients with physical disabilities.
• Support clients with nutritional management and respond to changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with clients, families and the care team.
