Teaching Personnel requires a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to work in Northumberland secondary schools. The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across Key Stages 3 and 4, aiming to improve engagement and school life.
You will help implement targeted behaviour plans, support de-escalation, and collaborate with teaching and SEN teams to monitor progress and ensure a safe classroom environment.
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary schools in Northumberland to recruit a Behaviour Support Practitioner to start ideally as soon as possible. You will work with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted behaviour support to help students engage positively with learning and school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
