Job summary

Elements Academy invites applications for a higher level teaching assistant to act as cover supervisor across key stages. You will plan, deliver and review academic interventions for pupils with needs identified in My Support Plan or EHCP, and provide practical support for learning and social skills.

You will promote pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing and work under supervision to maintain high standards of care and classroom management.

• Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

The work centres on planning, delivering and reviewing academic interventions for pupils with needs set out in a My Support Plan or EHCP, alongside practical support for learning and social skills. Candidates need an enhanced DBS check and must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
