Elements Academy is seeking a HLTA to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on providing short-term cover across key stages when the class teacher is absent and supporting pupils with learning interventions.

You will plan, deliver and review academic interventions, baselining progress and adjusting plans as needed, while promoting social, physical and emotional wellbeing among pupils.

Qualifications

• Provide short term cover across key stages and curriculum within the absence of the class teacher.
• Plan, deliver, monitor and review academic interventions to support pupils’ needs identified via baselines and/or support plans.
• Provide practical support for learning and developing social skills while promoting pupils’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
