Job summary

The Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated education professional to plan, deliver, monitor, and review academic interventions tailored to pupils’ needs identified through baseline assessments or EHCPs. The role includes supporting learning and social skills while promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• To plan, deliver, monitor and review academic interventions to support pupils' needs as identified through baseline assessments and/or My Support Plan or Educational, Health and Care Plan
• To provide practical support for learning and developing social skills whilst promoting pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing.
