Job summary

The Downs Primary School and Nursery in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor / HLTA to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves class-based support, cover duties, and delivering interventions and booster sessions to students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.

• Adaptable, organised and flexible.
• Experience of teaching a whole class and small groups.

COVER SUPERVISOR / HLTA REQUIRED ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and well-organised person to join our team as a permanent Cover Supervisor / HLTA.

have experience working with children in a school setting

have an appropriate HLTA qualification or willing to work towards one

• have experiences/expertise which can enrich our pupils' learning


• have experience across a broad range of year groups in KS1 or KS2

• have experience of teaching a whole class and small groups

If appointed, you will undertake a range of activities including class-based support, class cover, interventions and catch-up booster lessons.

32.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

39 working weeks per year (44.7 paid weeks per year)

Salary: Scale 5 point 10 - £22,110.01 pro rata per annum
