Scope of Activities
Activities include:
- Managing equipment and spare parts inventory
- Planning to ensure skill availability for operational contingencies
- Managing budgets and maintenance schedules
- Leading maintenance teams and overseeing repair work
- Identifying technical improvements
- Contributing to quality initiatives and new installations design
- Monitoring regulatory trends
- Developing team skills in line with business needs
