We are looking for Microelectronics Process Technicians M/F to join our new production site in Champagnier. The role involves participating in the start‑up of the site, working in weekday morning shifts (non‑rotating).

• Develop and produce technological processes – draft operating procedures, create test vehicles and demonstrators, fine‑tune new processes.
• Train and validate operators on equipment and propose plans for process improvement.
• Monitor process stability – manage drift, collaborate with the process engineer, and participate in equipment start‑up and qualification.
• Characterize technological stages, alert on deviations, analyze results and write reports.

• Bac+2 or 3 type BTS/DUT/Licence in Physical Measurements or equivalent.
• About 3 years of experience in semiconductors and familiarity with clean room environments.
• Good command of Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and satisfactory level of English.

• Comfortable in a changing and demanding environment – from start‑ups to an industrial company.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and autonomy, team spirit and rigor.
