For the first cohort, launched in 2022, we recruited 20 students, and for the second cohort, 25 students. This year, we are opening recruitment for 30 students.
This exciting program is developed in partnership with leading private-sector companies and high-growth start-ups, providing students with access to top-tier internships and career opportunities.
The Program Assistant supports the Education Director and the Program Manager in running the PEEQ program.
- Assist in the student recruitment process in the Île-de-France region (screening CVs, tracking applications across multiple platforms, and managing candidate relations)
- Assist in promoting the program to students and staff within universities (emails, presentations, posting materials, etc.)
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries after program modules
- Support logistics during program-related events
- Assist the team with administrative management of the program
- Bachelor’s degree or BTS; a background in Human Resources is a plus
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented, especially in problem-solving
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Creative and able to take initiative
- Proficient in Excel
- French required (spoken and written)
